We love designing homes, no matter where they are in the world. That’s why we’ve worked with customers from other countries too. Over time, we’ve learned how to handle projects outside of India, taking into account things like different time zones and cultural differences.
When we start a design project, we talk a lot with the customer to understand their space. We use video calls to see the area and measure it. We know about different design styles that our overseas customers might like, such as bohemian, Moroccan, modern, traditional British, Scandinavian, country-style, and tropical/Balinese.
We know that good communication is really important when we’re far away, so we have meetings with our customers often to make sure we all understand each other.
We know a lot about using technology to make homes better. We can suggest ways to automate things in the home and tell you where to get the equipment.
We have all the tools we need to talk to our customers, no matter where they are. That way, it feels like we’re right there with them, even if we’re far away.
